Dear everyone,

surprise, surprise!

I have a surprise for you. I have just finished a new solo Christmas album. 12 beautiful Christmas songs... In English, German, Spanish, French and Latin. I picked out my favorites.
I am particularly proud of this CD production, for never before did I put so much of myself in different ways into a CD. From A to Z: selection of songs, musical arrangements, producing and singing.
I had not planned to make another CD this year, but when in June I paid a visit to Missio concerning fundraising for a project in Africa I am supporting, they asked me if I would make a Christmas CD for them for the annual donation mailing at Christmas time. How could I say no… Actually I planned a pause, but it is becoming a charity pause :) Missio is printing a large number of special edition of the CD “Weihnachten mit Patricia Kelly” (Christmas with Patricia Kelly). Let us pray that a lot of donations reach Missio and its great projects through this CD. So I thought, since I am going to studio anyway, for Missio CD, I might as well take extra time and effort and record a few more tracks to get a full album of 12 songs. For you! We plan to have this Christmas album (in my full version), which is by the way called “Blessed Christmas”, by middle of November. We will keep you updated on details.

It has been a real joy to make this production with my band (Piano- Thomas Schwab, Cello - Elisabeth Fügemann, Contrabass - Markus Braun, Drums/percussions - Benny Mokross, second vocals - Meike Anlauff and my boys). I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

So that’s it guys, now I have to go, Paddy is waiting for me to discuss things on “Stille Nacht” tour.
